FREE WEIGHT PLATES

  • MATERIAL CONSTRUCTION: Urethane, Rubber, Steel, or Cast Iron
  • PLATE DIAMETER: Varies based on weight
  • INNER RING DIAMETER: 2" for use with Olympic Barbells
  • PLATE WIDTH/THICKNESS: Not much change in the thickness of plates between 25 lbs - 55lbs.
  • USAGE: Traditional strength training, no bounce, not intended for dropping

BUMPER PLATES

  • MATERIAL CONSTRUCTION: Rubber
  • PLATE DIAMETER: Approximately 17" for plates 10 lbs. and up
  • INNER RING DIAMETER: 2" for use with Olympic Barbells
  • PLATE WIDTH/THICKNESS: Ranges from 0.5" - 2.5" thick based on weight
  • USAGE: Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, will bounce slightly when dropped
