If I pay for my order to ship Next Day, 2-Day, or 3-Day when should I receive my order?
Most orders placed on our website ship the same, or the next, business day. Therefore your order should arrive according to the shipping method specified. If you place the order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday then it will ship on the next business day. For precise shipping information please contact customer service.
What is the average shipping time for orders shipping Ground?
Orders shipping ground normally arrive in 5 to 7 business days. Special order and drop ship items may take 2 to 6 weeks for delivery.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes. We do accept orders to be shipped to post office boxes, however the order total cannot exceed $50.00 in product cost. All post office box orders will ship via the United States Postal Service.
How do I ship my order to a different address?
On the checkout screen, you will see a place for your billing address, and to the right of that, your shipping address. Select the link (beside Shipping Address) called Modify this Address. Here, you may enter and store shipping addresses that you can use for your current and future orders.
Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?
Yes. In case you need help or have questions shipping your order to the following address please call a customer service representative to assist in completing your order.
The options for APO and FPO should be available from the drop down boxes where you enter your state and country on the customer registration screen.
My order will ship to an APO/FPO address, how will the order be shipped?
Depending on the weight and size of your order it will ship through the United States Postal Service. For larger orders shipping to an APO/FPO please contact customer service at 800.321.6975
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are based on the weight, size, and destination of the order.
Why does my order have to go freight carrier?
Your order may have to ship freight carrier if the total weight of your order exceeds 300 lbs. Likewise, the size and weight of some products automatically defaults it as a freight only order.
Customers are required to handle the unloading of items from the trucks, rather than the shipping company. The exception will be if the customer selects lift gate and/or inside delivery service.
My order is shipping through a freight carrier, when can I expect it to arrive?
Order shipped via freight carrier can take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
Do I have the option of shipping my order 3-Day, 2-Day, or Next Day?
3-Day, 2-Day, and Next Day shipping options are available.Your order may not be eligible for these shipping options if the package weight or dimensions exceed ground limitations.
How can I track the status of my order?
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number is sent to your email address when your order ships. Anonymous customers have the option to add that email address during step 5 of checkout. Registered customers automatically receive a tracking number via email when their order ships. Some carriers do not specify a tracking number, if you entered your email during checkout you will instead receive only a shipping confirmation.

Do you charge tax for online transactions?
Power Systems is required to tax transactions in select states where it is required by law. The list of states is subject to change without notice. If you or your company is exempt from sales tax, please provide us with a copy of your exemption or resale certificate and tax will not be charged.
