By now, We’re sure you’ve heard of Master Coach PJ Stahl but if you’re new to the FitFam, let us introduce you! PJ is one of four Master Coaches at Power Systems. PJ works with Power Systems to develop educational content such as blog posts and workout videos. As Co-Owner and Head Trainer at Lock Box Fitness & Performance Center in Los Angeles, PJ frequently shares his tips and tricks on running his own facility, training clients, and everything in between. PJ is hitting the road with Power Systems in 2018, bringing with him his fitness program PROJECT STEEL. PROJECT STEEL is a fitness program that has re-innovated steady state training into a functional and motivational workout that keeps participants engaged to get cardiovascular results without the monotony. How PJ Built Project Steel

PROJECT STEEL is a fitness program that has re-innovated steady state training into a functional and motivational workout that keeps participants engaged to get cardiovascular results without the monotony. The goal of steady state training is to maintain a specific heart rate during the majority of the time within a workout to elicit cardiovascular and calorie burning results. PROJECT STEEL has created a formula to do just that! The goal is to push participants to physically and mentally take their strengths to new levels through the different modules built into each class. PJ has worked on the development of PROJECT STEEL for over 3 years. The workout breaks down to five modules:

  • Activaton
  • Warrior Strength
  • R.O.C
  • Reset
  • Essentials
