The Axle Workout is derived from Olympic-style weight lifting translated into a group fitness workout. Learn how to properly train mid-line core bracing with the axle barbell that lifts, rolls and pulls (with your feet!). The Axle incorporates a training system built around athletic performance that optimizes human movement. Can't make it to the demo session? The Axle will also be featured at the Power Systems' station at the MEGA Circut -Thursday, June 28th at 12:45pm, 2:30pm, and 4:30pm

Fundamentals of Olympic Weightlifting

Be a part of the Olympic lifting movement and break the barriers holding you back. This is a non-intimidating introduction to learning the Olympic lifts (snatch/clean/jerk) and how to implement them into a one-on-one or class setting. You will learn the mechanics of the lifts utilizing a training bar, necessary equipment needs and proper terminology. You will also learn how to confidently coach these exercises with your clients, creating an experience that will eliminate intimidation and create empowerment.
