Obstacle course racing has been the fastest growing participatory sport for over 7 years and is arguably one of the largest fitness movements the world has ever seen. Yancy has compiled his extensive experience from racing, winning and coaching a variety of OCR events into this session. During this workshop, you will enjoy an interactive lecture and hands-on experience that will highlight the history and growth of the sport, and demonstrate OCR-specific training exercises and small-group programming.
