Afterburn Programming

 

This is our metabolic Team Training option. Afterburn is ideal for fat loss. We combine functional strength exercises with conditioning drills to create a maximum calorie burning session before, and even after, the workout.

 

Industrial Strength Programming

 

This is the ideal Team Training option for those looking to build strength. The emphasis is placed on quality and increasing strength, more so than with metabolic training.
