Convenient hand slots on either side of each plate make them easy to handle and allow users to comfortably work the full range of choreography featured in the Les Mills Quarterly Releases. Constructed of a robust 4mm thick polyethylene outer shell and filled with an iron sand compound, these plates will never rust, chip or need repainting. They are also quieter than metal weights and less likely to damage gym floors.The powder-coated steel bar is 51.18" (1300 mm) long and 1" (25.4 mm) in diameter, and weighs 4lb (2kg). Maximum weight capacity: 132 lb (60 kg).The powder–coated steel rack has space to store 40 x 2 lb (1 kg) vinyl plates, 40 x 5.5 lb (2.5 kg) vinyl plates, 40 x 11 lb (5 kg) vinyl plates, 8 x 22 lb (10 kg) vinyl plates and 20 x BODYPUMP® bars. Vertical Storage Rack - 20 Set:Designed to hold 20 sets of Don Oliver BODYPUMP equipment and allows for easy access for users. It holds bars, snap lock collars and the full range of weight plates.
