At Power Systems Inc. (Total Training), we respect your privacy and want you to feel secure when doing business with us. This Privacy Policy was created to inform you of what personally identifiable information (name, address, phone number, etc.) we may collect from you and how we may use it. This Privacy Policy represents Power Systems, Inc., as well as Resist-A-Ball and Total Training. When you conduct business on our Web sites, you accept this Privacy Policy.

  Collecting Customer Information

Power Systems collects and may store any information that you provide when you place an order, request a catalog, register for a workshop or seminar, subscribe to our e-newsletter, create an account, or contact us in other similar ways. We use 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to encrypt all data that passes between our customers and our sites. Power Systems hides all but the last four credit card numbers on order receipts and invoices as well. Our Web sites may record your IP address (Internet Address) at the time of checkout to protect against fraud.

Although Power Systems takes the utmost care in securing your personal information, your use of our Web sites releases Power Systems from any liability due to the theft of personal information caused by network intrusion that is able to surpass this industry standard protection.
