Gently condition the body in shallow or deep water. Aqua dumbbells provide buoyant support and stabilization on top of the water and resistance underwater. Combine them with a floatation belt to help maintain a verticle position and to reduce stress on the lower back. Add cardio to your workout by strapping on a pair of water cuffs for additional resistance and buoyancy. All of our aqua fitness equipment is made of soft, nonabrasive closed-cell foam.
