Starting size for most women. Medium Red Those who exercise regularly. Starting size for most men. Heavy Blue Intermediate to advanced exercisers; good for training larger muscle groups. All Power Systems brand tubing products are produced with a unique layering process to improve longevity in institutional or commercial settings.   Under normal conditions, tubing products in commercial/ institutional settings should be replaced every year due to ordinary wear and tear. Excessive wear and tear may require them to be replaced sooner.
