This strength training system allows you to perform more than 40 exercises for the arms, back, shoulders, legs, chest, and abs plus sport-specific exercises. Available with Multi-Hip option, sold separately.

Weight plates: 1-1/4" thick precision milled with EZ Glide nylon bushings.
Accessories: Includes lat bar, curl bar, 2 single handles, and 4 exercise charts.
In-home warranty: Lifetime on everything. Replace or repair any defect. Original owner only.
Commercial warranty: Lifetime frame and welds. 2 years remaining parts. 90 days pads.
