Leg Developer

POWER SYSTEMS BRAND. Build strength and stability in the muscles of the lower leg. The Leg Developer isolates the muscles in the front of the lower leg simply by varying resistance with weight plates. Move the plates to the end of the post to increase resistance and toward the feet to decrease it.

Rubber/Neoprene handles. Includes 2 collars for securing weights. Uses standard plates (not included). Chrome.
