This product is indeed terrible. We have used them extensively for a year at the University of San Diego. Here is our feedback: Shoddy construction. Bolts are constantly falling off the boxes even though we tighten and retighten. The tops started coming unglued almost immediately. They are very difficult to adjust (at least 2 people needed). After repeated jumps, the rods that hold the box at the desired height inevitable fall out and the box becomes unstable and falls from the required height. These boxes scrape the shins as bad as any I've seen. I'm sure there is more we don't like but that should be enough to convince you not to buy these or their taller (exactly as terrible) version.
