Build strength and increase arm speed simply by sliding the weighted sleeve onto the forearm when practicing swings or performing other upper-body movements. Incorporate into running drills, plyometric drills, or other actions where hand and arm speed is critical-like baseball or tennis. 2 pockets with Velcro closures securely hold weights in place; adjustable Velcro wrist strap prevents sliding.
