Strengthen the hip flexors, quadriceps, and glutes with these trainers that load resistance directly onto the thigh to stimulate increases in speed and acceleration. Each leg is adjustable from 3/4 lb. to 2-1/4 lb., so they’re ideal for all levels of sprint and plyometric training. One size fits most (belt fits up to 48" waist; Velcro leg straps fit up to 28" thigh). Unit includes waist belt, 2 thigh straps, and 6 weighted bars (3/4 lb. ea.). Instructions included.
