I purchased the 10' 3 lb. (green rope). It's a great workout and the rope seemed to be well made. However, the handle broke after about 1-1/2 years with less than normal usage I used it about once a week. The ball and socket design seemed to be ok, but perhaps I got a bad one. Fortunately for me Power Systems stood behind the product and as a courtesy is sending me a replacement rope. They didn't have to do this as the product was out of warranty. I rate the product a 3 - the average of a 1 on quality (since it broke) but a 5 on effectiveness (a great workout). Power Systems gets a 5+ for going beyone their obligation and standing behind what I hope was a deffective rope.
