Glute-Ham Tray

Add intensity to core and oblique movements with plates or medicine balls. Unique design attaches to any 2" x 2" or smaller glute-ham frame and holds weight plates and medicine balls in place while lifter gets into position. Weight plates fit on a 31/2" post. Wide 8" cradle with 3" lip holds most balls. Steel construction. Assembly required. Black. Fits on most existing glute-ham machines. 18-1/2" L x 14" W x 7-1/2" H. 8 lbs.
