Simply attach the tape to the plug at the top of the ball, wrap the tape around to the bottom of the ball, and check for the correct diameter. Markings set for 30 cm to 85 cm stability balls; shows intermittent markings for 80% inflation as well. Stability ball sold separately. 56" L. 1 lb.
