Level	Color	Recommended For
Extra Light	Yellow	Rehabilitation and those who have little or no exercise activity
light	Green	Those with some exercise activity and rehabilitation. Starting size for most women.
Medium	Red	Those who exercise regularly. Starting size for most men.
Heavy	Blue	Intermediate to advanced exercisers; good for training larger muscle groups.
Extra Heavy	Black	Highly advanced exercisers who have mastered form and technique.
Ultra Heavy	Gray	Trained athletes and extremely advanced exercisers that require a higher resistance.

All Power Systems brand tubing products are produced with a unique layering process to improve longevity in institutional or commercial settings.

Under normal conditions, tubing products in commercial/ institutional settings should be replaced every year due to ordinary wear and tear. Excessive wear and tear may require them to be replaced sooner.
