Adds more weight, padding! This padded liner fits securely under an existing Uni-Vest™ and features pockets for additional Flex-Metal™ weights. The Under-Vest can increase the weight of the Short Uni-Vest up to a maximum 45 lbs. and the Long Uni-Vest up to a maximum of 77 lbs. The Short Vest holds up to 24 lbs.; the Long Vest holds up to 36 lbs. Each vest alone weighs 1 lb. (Straps to existing vest; not designed to be used alone.)
