Adjustable up to 84 lbs! Customize the weight of this nylon vest with 1 lb. removable weighted bars. Vest holds 1 lb. bars in 2 front and 2 back pockets. You decide how much weight to add. The Fire Fighter model holds up to 84 lbs. for ultimate hard-core resistance. All models feature independent shoulder clips and Velcro waist straps for a custom fit. D-rings in front and back allow for multiplane training. 20 lb. vest includes 20 (1 lb.) weights; 40 lb. vest includes 40 (1 lb.) weights; 84 lb. vest includes 84 (1 lb.) weights.
