Gently condition the body in shallow or deep water. Water dumbbells provide buoyant support and stabilization on top of the water and resistance underwater. Combine with a flotation belt for help maintaining a vertical position and to reduce stress on the lower back. To add cardio to your workout, strap on a pair of water cuffs for additional resistance and buoyancy. All of our products are made of soft, nonabrasive closed-cell foam. They won't chip or absorb water.
