Holiday Kettlebell Fat Burner Workouts

The holidays are soon approaching along with cooler temperatures. This usually means many of us spending less time in the gym, and more time attending family holiday functions and work parties. This combination usually leads to over indulging in all the wrong foods, and packing on the pounds, then complaining about how much weight you’ve gained come New Year. Spending hours in the gym is completely unnecessary along with the lame excuses that you don’t have time. Through the use of some simple kettlebell and bodyweight exercises you can ‘burn the butter’ in just minutes. Simply pick a couple of exercises string them together in a circuit. Don't bother counting reps just go for time. If you only have ten minutes then pick two exercises perform each exercise for a minute than switch, going back to back for ten minutes. You will be pleasantly surprised how quickly you'll be huffing and puffing at the half way mark. Here’s some sample fat blasting routines that are brief and intense! Give it shot!
Simple Minute Drills
1 minute Kettlebell Swings
1 minute Kettlebell Snatches
1 minute Kettlebell Clean & Pressor Bodyweight Drills
1minute Squats Thrusts
1minute Jump Squats
1 minute BurpeesPerform 3 rounds back to back
30 seconds one arm kettlebell swings left
30 seconds one arm kettlebell swings right
30 seconds squat thrusts
30 seconds shadow boxing
60 seconds skipping
9 minutes of work12 minute Smoker
Perform two hand Swings for 1 minute
Perform Turkish Get-ups for 1 minute
Perform One Arm Clean & Press 30 second left
Perform One Arm Clean & Press 30 second right
Repeat for 2 more rounds“Dirty Thirty” this one is nasty!! 300 reps!!
For time:
30 Squats
30 Alternate Lunges
30 Two Hand Swings
30 Squat to Push Press (aka Thrusters)
30 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
30 V-ups
30 Kettlebell See Saw Presses
30 Box Jumps
30 Medicine Ball SlamsHave fun and keep the bucket nearby
